This
is a webring designed for websites that offer high quality MIDI sequences, utilities
and information. Anyone may join the ring, as long as they put the proper HTML
code onto their site, and their site meets the following requirements:
1.
The subject of your site must be about things relating to MIDI. You may have other
things on your site, but the main focus of it must be MIDI.
2.
All MIDI files that you offer must be on your own site, or another site that you
control, as to avoid as many dead links as possible.
3. You
must have at least 25 MIDI files on your page to begin with. By this, we mean
at least 25 single MIDI sequences; they can all be in one ZIP file if you want,
just as long as you offer a good amount of MIDI files in some form.
4.
We want your page to offer high quality MIDI files. Cheesy-sounding MIDI files
are a no-no. Any musical style is fine, but if a song doesn't sound anywhere close
to the original, don't offer it on your site.
5. Your site
must offer more than MIDI files. We don't want just a list of links to MIDI files.
We are looking for things like: information about MIDI, utilities, tips, links
to other MIDI pages, etc.
6. Upon a regular basis, you must
update your page, and check your links to be sure they are still valid.
7.
As we are listed as suitable for all ages in the RingWorld directory, sites which
contain profanity, pornography, warez, ROMs, anarchy, items in bad taste or similar
material will not be accepted into the ring. Even sites which are borderline will
be rejected.
